1. Do you deliver Pan-India?
Yes, we deliver across India.
2. Is Damage during shipping covered?
Yes, damage during transit is fully covered. To process a claim, please provide an uncut unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the package upon arrival.
Note: Factory damages inside sealed die-cast packaging are not covered, as they are beyond our control.
3. What happens if my package is lost during delivery?
We provide complete coverage for packages lost in transit. Our customer service team will assist you with tracking and resolving any lost package issues.
4. What are the general shipping or delivery timelines?
We process your order within 24 hours. After pickup by the logistics partner, delivery usually takes 5-7 days.
5. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order.
6. How do I track my order?
Track your order on our website. You will also receive email and WhatsApp notifications from the logistics partner.
7. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
We currently don't offer COD. All other online payment methods are available as mentioned in above FAQ.
